Solutions for common issues

App not loading or slow

Can't use AI features

  • check_circleCheck your credit balance - you may have reached your daily or monthly limit
  • check_circleIf you're in a workspace, ask your workspace owner about credit allocation
  • check_circleCredits reset daily and monthly - check when your next reset is

Invite link not working

  • check_circleCheck if the link has expired - invite links can have expiry dates
  • check_circleCheck if the link has reached its maximum number of uses
  • check_circleAsk the person who sent the invite to generate a new one
  • check_circleMake sure you're signed in to the correct account

Missing features or screens

  • check_circleIn recruitment workspaces, some social features are hidden by design
  • check_circleAsk your workspace owner if something you need seems missing
