My skill scores aren't changing

Scores update after each assessment episode, but early on they can feel static. They become more responsive as you complete more assessments. If you've done 10+ assessment episodes and nothing's moving, reach out to support.

Sometimes there's a lag. Give it a moment. If characters consistently seem to ignore your points, try being more explicit. The AI is good, but it's not perfect at reading between the lines.

This might be intentional-the system focuses on your target skills. If it feels repetitive, you might be ready to add a new goal or move to a different part of your roadmap.

The app is slow or freezing
