Who uses WiseWorld
You may be one person today and another tomorrow - here's how the platform adapts
WiseWorld adapts to different needs based on your role and how you use the platform. You might start as a participant and later become a program lead, or use it solo and then bring in a team.
Participant
You're an employee, team member, student, or candidate. You join with an invite link or on your own. Your main activities are:

What you see depends on your workspace
If you joined a recruitment workspace, some social features may be hidden. In a people development workspace, you'll see more team activity. Your workspace owner controls these settings.

You're a manager, HR partner, L&D specialist, or team lead. You set up the environment and watch results. Your main activities are:
- check_circleCreating and configuring workspaces
- check_circleBuilding roadmaps with goals and structured paths
- check_circleInviting participants and assigning roles
- check_circleManaging credits and usage limits

Solo user
You signed up on your own for personal growth. You create a personal workspace, set your own goals, and build your own roadmaps. You get the same practice engine - just fewer team dashboards and no one managing your path but you.
Why screens differ between users
The workspace type and your role decide what appears on screen. If something you need seems hidden, check with your workspace owner - it may be a role or workspace type setting.
