From invite to skill results - step by step
When someone invited you
Most participants start with an invite link from their manager, HR team, or a learning program. The roleplay is already built for you, so the setup is quick.
Open the invite link
You see a preview of the workspace and the roleplay that's waiting for you. Sign in or create an account to continue.
Quick setup
Pick your language, meet Wise and World through a short intro, and set your name if you signed up with email. If you used Google or LinkedIn, the name step is skipped.
Join the workspace
Confirm that you want to join. You are automatically added to the workspace and placed on the roleplay your lead prepared. No need to set a goal, create an avatar, or generate a path.
Start your roleplay
Your roleplay is ready with sessions already in place. Open the first session and start practicing.
roleplay-specific invites
Some invite links point to a specific roleplay. Others are workspace-wide, giving you access to all available roleplays. Either way, the setup is the same quick process.
Your daily experience
Once you have joined, your typical session looks like this:

See your progress. Sessions unlock as you complete them.
Start a session
each session is an session - an interactive scene with characters, a situation, and a conversation to navigate.
Have the conversation
Talk naturally. Characters respond based on the situation and what you say.
See your results
After the session, see which skills you demonstrated and how your PowerWheel changed.
Keep your streak
Come back regularly to maintain momentum. Streaks earn XP and badges.
When you signed up on your own
Solo users go through a fuller setup because there is no roleplay waiting for you. You build your own from scratch:
Pick your language and meet the AI
Same quick intro screens as invited users. Set your name if signing up with email.
Set your goal
Describe what you want to practice - leadership, conflict resolution, interviews, or anything else. This drives everything that follows.
Create your avatar
The AI suggests avatar options based on your goal. Pick one or customize it so scenes feel personal.
Generate your roleplay
Wise builds a structured path from your goal - session groups, steps, and a world to practice in. Review it, then start playing.
About credits
If you joined an organization, their credits and usage limits apply. Solo users have their own credit balance. Every AI-powered action (sessions, generation, chat) uses credits.
