Connections

Build your network and share progress with people you know

Connections are people you've chosen to share your journey with. Unlike following someone on social media, connections are mutual - both people agree to connect before sharing is enabled.

How connections work

1
search

Find someone

Search by username or find people through mutual connections. Privacy settings control who can find you.

2
person_add

Send a request

Request to connect with them. They'll receive a notification and can accept or decline.

3

They accept

Once accepted, you're connected. Now you can see what they've chosen to share.

4
compare

Share and compare

With their permission, you might see their PowerWheel, streaks, or activity. They see what you've chosen to share.

What you can see

What you see depends entirely on what your connection has allowed. They control visibility for:

  • check_circlePowerWheel scores and history
  • check_circleStreak count and calendar
  • check_circleXP and level
  • check_circleGeneral stats (episodes completed, etc.)
  • check_circleBadges earned
  • check_circleTheir connection list

Managing connections

You can view all your connections, pending requests, and people you've requested. For each connection, you can:

  • check_circleView their profile (what they've shared)
  • check_circleCustomize what they see of your data
  • check_circleDisconnect if you no longer want to be connected
  • check_circleBlock if you don't want them to find or contact you

Per-connection privacy

Beyond your default privacy settings, you can customize access for specific connections. Maybe you share your PowerWheel with close colleagues but not casual acquaintances. This granular control lets you be selective.

Team connections

Within a team, you can see other team members' feed content without needing to be connected. Teams create a community context where sharing is expected.
