WiseWorld offers an integration platform for organizations that want to connect WiseWorld data and workflows to their own systems - HR platforms, learning management systems, internal tools, and more.
What you can do with integrations
Manage workspaces
Create and update workspaces, manage members, and track credits programmatically.
Generate roadmaps
Create roadmaps from goals or reference documents and track member progress.
Embed results
Show PowerWheel data or skill profiles on your own website or internal portal using embed links.
Manage references
Create reference documents and assign members to them through your own systems.
Getting started
Request access
Submit an integration access request from Settings → Integration in the app. Describe your use case.
Get approved
The WiseWorld team reviews your request and grants access when approved.
Create API keys
Once approved, generate API keys from the Integration settings page.
Start building
Use the API documentation available in the app to integrate WiseWorld into your workflows.
Who can use integrations
Integration access requires approval. It's designed for organizations that need programmatic access to WiseWorld. Individual users typically don't need integrations - the app handles everything.
