A Reference PowerWheel is a target skill profile for a role. It uses the same skill categories as individual PowerWheels, so comparisons are direct and meaningful.
Two ways to create one
Paste a job description, role narrative, or list of competencies. The AI maps the text to the PowerWheel's skill categories and generates a target profile. Review and adjust if needed.
Sharing
Reference PowerWheels can be shared through short links. Anyone with the link can view the target profile. This is useful for sharing role expectations with hiring managers or external stakeholders.

Keep it realistic
A Reference PowerWheel works best when it reflects a real role, not an ideal superhuman. If every skill is maxed out, the comparison loses its usefulness. Focus on the skills that truly matter for the role.
