Everything program leads do with roleplays
The roleplay creation checklist
Creating a roleplay follows a server-guided checklist. After you save scope (goal or reference), an embedded wizard walks you through clarify, KPI setup, draft review, and materialize. Learning roleplays add a profile review step before invite.
Assessment roleplay
Set scope — reference profile
Paste a job description or select an existing reference. The AI maps it to skill categories and generates a Reference PowerWheel the roleplay is built around.
Clarify
Answer a few questions so Wise understands context, audience, and constraints before drafting sessions.
KPI setup
Choose up to three target skills or KPIs the assessment sessions should focus on.
Draft review
Review the AI-generated sessions, cast, and world. Rename, reorder, add, or remove sessions before materializing.
Materialize
Wise turns the draft into live sessions with characters and locations ready to play.
Invite
Share invite links so members or candidates can start the roleplay.
Learning roleplay
Set scope — goal
Write a clear goal sentence describing what participants should achieve. The AI builds the entire path from this input.
Clarify
Answer follow-up questions so the draft matches your intent and audience.
KPI setup
Pick up to three target skills participants will practice across sessions.
Draft review
Review practice-focused sessions with coaching built in. Edit as needed.
Materialize
Generate live sessions, cast, and world from the accepted draft.
Profile review
Review the participant profile setup before inviting your cohort (learning only).
Invite
Publish and invite your team to start practicing.
From an existing reference
If you already have a reference with a Reference PowerWheel, you can create an assessment roleplay directly from it in a recruitment space.

Versioning
Every time you publish changes, a new version is created. You can compare versions side by side, choose how to upgrade existing members (automatic or manual), and roll back if needed. Members see the version they were assigned or the latest, depending on your upgrade policy.
