The chat button in the app gives you access to AI-powered conversations. These aren't just Q&A - the AI can look at your data, reference your progress, and help you plan next steps.
Types of chat
AI coaching chat
Talk to the AI about your skills, progress, roadmap, or next steps. It has context about your PowerWheel and history.
Member chat
Direct conversations with other people in your workspace. For collaboration, mentoring, or team discussions.
Workspace chat
Group conversations scoped to your workspace. Useful for program-wide discussions.
Rich context
AI chats can include PowerWheel data, member cards, and other context as attachments. You can share your PowerWheel or a connection's PowerWheel directly in a chat conversation for discussion.
In recruitment workspaces
The chat button may be hidden from candidates to maintain a focused assessment experience. Owners and admins always have access.
