Assessment Episodes
Discover where you stand across 44 soft skills
Assessment episodes help you interact with characters and see which skills-out of 44 soft skills at WiseWorld-you're using frequently in your interactions.
Most people have a rough sense of their strengths and weaknesses. But self-perception is often wrong. We think we're good listeners when we interrupt constantly. We believe we're clear communicators when people leave confused. The assessment doesn't ask you what you think you're good at. It watches what you actually do in conversations and finds patterns.
What you'll discover
Through assessment episodes, you'll see where you stand within all 44 skills across 6 categories. You'll identify your power spots-skills where you're naturally strong-and your gaps-areas where you have room to grow.
These aren't tests with right answers. They're conversations where you respond naturally, and Wise observes what patterns emerge in how you communicate.

Your PowerWheel takes shape
As you complete assessment episodes, your PowerWheel starts to take shape. Early on it will be rough-not enough data yet. The more assessments you complete, the clearer the picture becomes.
How scores work
Each skill is scored from -1 to +1. Negative scores mean there's evidence you struggle in this area. Positive scores mean you're demonstrating strength. Zero means we haven't seen enough yet.
Assessment is ongoing
Your profile keeps updating with every assessment episode. The more you complete, the more accurate your PowerWheel becomes.
