Team analytics help admins and moderators understand how the team is doing. See engagement trends, identify top performers, and track skill development across the group.
Basic insights (all teams)
Every team gets access to fundamental metrics:

Compare this period to previous ones. See if engagement is growing, steady, or declining.

See the team's aggregated skill profile - which skills are strong across the group, which need work.
Learning Reports
Track episodes completed, assessment progress, and XP breakdown by source.
Historical Data
View trends over weeks or months. Understand patterns in team engagement.
Data scope options
Admins can choose how analytics data is calculated:
- check_circleSince join: Only count activity from after each member joined the team
- check_circleAll time: Include all historical data for members, regardless of when they joined
Privacy-first
Team analytics show aggregated data, not individual details. Members' personal profiles and detailed scores remain private unless they choose to share.
