How we identify patterns in your interactions

Most people have a rough sense of their strengths and weaknesses. But self-perception is often wrong. We think we're good listeners when we interrupt constantly. We believe we're clear communicators when people leave confused.

The assessment in WiseWorld doesn't ask you what you think you're good at. It watches what you actually do in conversations and finds patterns.

What gets measured

Every response you give is analyzed for evidence of 44 different skills across six areas:

Collaborating, coordinating, developing people around you, sharing responsibilities

How scores work

Each skill is scored from -1 to +1. Negative scores mean there's evidence you struggle in this area. Positive scores mean you're demonstrating strength. Zero means we haven't seen enough yet.
