Roles in an organization

Co-pay model
Organizations can choose what percentage of the subscription they cover:

- check_circlePartial coverage (e.g., 70/30): Employees pay a reduced rate
- check_circle50/50 split: Cost shared equally between employer and employee
When a co-pay is required, employees complete a separate payment for their portion before their seat is activated.
