About Episodes

An episode is an interactive conversation that unfolds based on what you say.

What an episode includes

Two types of episodes

Assessment episodes let you interact freely. You can draw on any of the 44 soft skills in the platform-the AI observes everything and identifies patterns in how you communicate.

Learning episodes focus on 1-3 specific skills. The episode is designed to challenge those particular abilities, and hints are available if you need them.

Written or voice

You can interact through text or audio. Type your responses, or speak them-whichever feels more natural to you.

How it flows

You choose who speaks first-start the conversation yourself, or let the characters begin. Then it's back and forth: they respond, you respond, until the situation resolves.

How episodes are scored

At the end of each episode, you earn 1 to 3 stars based on how well you achieved your goal. This gives you clear feedback on your progress without overwhelming detail.
