WiseWorld Wins the Women in Tech Award at GITEX EUROPE

WiseWorld won the Women in Tech award at GITEX EUROPE in Berlin, sponsored by the Dubai Chamber.

The award came after a tough final competition with 100 startups from around the world, and the prize included a fully sponsored trip to Dubai plus the opportunity to exhibit WiseWorld at GITEX Dubai.

For us, the award is more than a celebration. It is a chance to bring WiseWorld's approach to soft skills measurement and development into larger international conversations about HR technology, future skills, and AI in the workplace.

It also reflects the work of the WiseWorld team: building a platform that helps organizations move from vague impressions about soft skills to practical, data-informed development.

The Women in Tech award brought WiseWorld onto the GITEX EUROPE stage alongside founders, judges, and partners from the broader North Star startup community.

From the pitch stage to the award ceremony, Berlin gave us a larger room for the same message: soft skills need better measurement, better practice, and a stronger place in business strategy.
