WiseWorld Wins the Pitch Competition at HR WEEK LISBON
By WiseWorld

A short note from Lisbon on what this recognition means for WiseWorld, our team, and the future of measurable soft skills development.
From the Lisbon stage

At HR WEEK LISBON, Fahima Farahi had the chance to pitch WiseWorld on the main stage in front of the HR community. The message she wanted to leave was simple: soft skills, for the first time in corporate history, are the new hard currency.
But companies are still measuring them with tools built for another era. Too often, soft skills are treated like a one-time survey, a workshop takeaway, or a vague performance note instead of a capability that can be practiced, developed, and used in real business decisions.
Why the recognition matters

The first-place recognition was exciting, but the stronger signal was the conversation around it. HR WEEK LISBON is centered on HR and AI teaming, and that is exactly where WiseWorld sits: between learning design, AI simulation, behavioral data, and people strategy.
WiseWorld exists to help organizations take control of how soft skills are measured, developed, and actually used. Instead of relying on outdated assessments, we use AI-powered practice and people analytics to help teams understand skills such as collaboration, communication, leadership, and emotional awareness in a more continuous and actionable way.
Part of a broader momentum

This win sits alongside a growing set of ecosystem milestones for WiseWorld. We won the Women in Tech award at GITEX EUROPE in Berlin, were selected as one of the 100 finalists for the South Summit Madrid 2025 Startup Competition, and took second place at Road to START Summit 2025.
Each stage has sharpened the same message: organizations do not need another one-off workshop or static assessment. They need a living way to understand how people communicate, adapt, collaborate, and grow over time.
Thank you

A big thank you to HR WEEK LISBON for the opportunity, and to everyone in the HR community who listened, challenged, and encouraged the WiseWorld vision. See you next year.
Many thanks as well to Sina Yazdi, the mastermind behind our pitches, and to the teams, HR leaders, coaches, and partners who believe soft skills deserve the same seriousness, continuity, and data quality as technical skills.
The community around the win

The photos from HR Week also capture the community side of the event: conversations on stage, conversations beside the booth, and people coming together around practical AI for HR. For us, the prize is both a celebration and a reminder that WiseWorld is being built with the people who will use it: HR leaders, founders, coaches, and teams looking for better ways to grow human skills.
